		<description>Very very good news indeed.  What I don't understand is how stupid the fishing industry is in the first place: limiting their catches at this moment will ensure that they will be able to stay in business indefinitely. Unlimited catching right now is incredibly short-sighted.

But hats off to Sarkozy, and let's hope other nations will follow suit.</description>
