Don't serve shark fin soup

Dear Island Tang,
I would like to add my support to the call from The End of the Line campaign for Island Tang not to sell shark fin soup.
I abhor the practice of shark-finning as it often involves cutting the fins off live sharks that are then thrown back into the sea to bleed to death.
This is barbaric and restaurants that serve the soup are supporting the practice of shark finning.
I am requesting that as an internationally renowned restaurant you use your influence to help to stop this cruel trade, by not selling shark fin soup.
